Carranza repaired my roof due to damage from a tree limb, when other roofers just wanted to replace the entire roof in 2019. The roof is still functioning without leaking. Recently I contacted the company regarding steel double doors of a storage room needed to access a fuse box as well as lawn and driveway tools. The  doors were rusted and would not open. Minor Carranza came out to do my home and provided a way to use one of the doors until it is eventually replaced. His work enabled opening and closing one of the doors and he also provided information regarding replacing the doors eventually. Carranza came out and fixed my gutters that were hanging off. They responded very quickly. Minor came out and was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I had my gutters replaced the next day and they look awesome. Finally a trustworthy company that actually care about their customers. Carranza did our roof 5 years ago and everything went well. Minor is wonderful with customer service and very responsive. Even this week we had a gutter problem (which he hasn’t replaced, but we will be calling him when we’re ready to) and he came right out the next day to fix it. I highly recommend Carranza Roofing & Remodeling. I searched high and low for a dependable and trustworthy contractor to fix my roof and had a few estimates done and by far Carranza was the absolute best. They had the best quality and pricing to match hands down. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way, they were very thorough since the moment of scheduling. Minor was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I was in control over my home project and the decisions made. There was no pressure at all and I am very happy to say that I love my roof and the color of it. I will absolutely be calling them again for my next home project. Thanks guys. Great job!
