Payment terms are established in the individual project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
We warrant our labor and workmanship against defects for a period specified in your project contract (typically one to five years depending on the scope of work). This warranty does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, misuse, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Materials and products installed are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through to you at project completion. Warranty registration, if required, is the homeowner's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Carranza Roofing & Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
